Our Safety Protocol

To guarantee your safety throughout your stay, in Hotel Mallorca in Mexico City we’ve implemented a safety protocol against Covid-19, which includes the following measures:

AT THE ENTRANCE & RECEPTION

• There’s an automatic hand sanitizer available
• Sanitizing floor mat
• There’s a protective screen in the front desk to minimize contact
• Use of face shields, cloves and face masks in the staff
• There are face masks available for guests
• Correct signage

IN THE ROOMS

• Your room has been fully sanitized
• There are step trash cans “for gloves and face masks only”
• The bedding is changed on a daily basis
• Towels and amenities are placed when the guest is present
• Every paper product was removed
• When it comes to long term stays, the bedding is also changed daily
